We want you to experience the best sleep of your life with Nuzzle™; however, if you are not completely satisfied, we offer a 30-day trial period for all pillow purchases. Items must be returned in their original packaging and in good condition to qualify for a full refund.
Initiate Your Request
Contact our customer support team within 30 days of delivery to receive your Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and prepaid shipping label.
Pack Your Pillow
Place the Nuzzle™ pillow securely in its original box or a similar protective shipping container, ensuring the RMA number is clearly marked on the outside.
Ship It Back
Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location using the provided prepaid label; we recommend keeping your tracking receipt for confirmation.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse inspects the returned item, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 7 to 10 business days.
